Backend Engineer (Contract)

Built and shipped backend systems for an AI-based food delivery platform, including cart APIs, server-side product fetching, and portion-size computation.
Implemented Redis-based Pub/Sub for asynchronous workflows, along with email/SMS notifications and a distance-based delivery fee engine.
Collaborated across frontend and backend teams, contributing multiple pull requests merged into the production codebase.
